Russell Canouse

I officially began my real estate journey in 2019, earning my license while playing professional soccer. However, my passion for real estate started long before that. During my 12-year professional career, I was deeply involved in real estate investment—purchasing my first farm in Mount Joy at 22, subdividing multiple properties, and developing my own home. Beyond my own investments, I found fulfillment in helping my teammates navigate real estate, whether it was finding rentals, buying and selling homes, networking, or connecting with mentors in the industry. It was during this time that I discovered my true passion—helping people I care about make one of the biggest decisions of their lives: finding the right place to call home.

Today, I specialize in the luxury and investment side of real estate, understanding that no matter where you are in the journey, buying or selling a home is a significant decision. I used my soccer background to bring my competitive drive, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset to every client interaction. My goal is to provide a seamless experience, backed by expert knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and an extensive network of trusted professionals.

Outside of real estate, my biggest passion is my family. After my soccer career, my wife and I were excited to move back to Hempfield and the Lancaster County area where we grew up. I also love staying involved in the soccer community and catching up on lost time exploring everything that makes Lancaster special.
