As the Operations Manager for Furner Realty Group my primary responsibility is to ensure the management and operations of our team are running smooth. From transaction communication to how homes are presented on the market, I have my hand in overseeing, influence and inspired each of these tasks. I strive to influence an environment of encouragement and support for our entire team, lending a helping hand wherever it might be.
Before I got into Real Estate I had worked multiple miscellaneous jobs, all focused around Customer Service. From these past experiences, I gained an understanding of client care, and client experience. When I wasn’t answering calls or handling client discrepancies, I could usually be found in my dirty barn clothes milking cows. It was at the age of 15 that I took my first real job, working on a dairy farm. This job offered me flexibility while I was still a student in HS and taught me what hard work truly was. I still carry these experiences with me today, dedicating my abilities to my role as the Operations Manager of Furner Realty Group at Keller Williams Elite.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two fur-children, Paisley and Bodie. We are a family who loves the outdoors, spending a lot of time hiking, biking or walking. When I’m not at work or with my family, you can either find me baking or cooking in the kitchen or strategizing for my own small business.
